YDK (Year of the Dragon King) Rejuvenation Regimen

I've been eating nearly 100% vegetarian and exercising for years but, starting on the new moon of 23 January, I began ramping up my practice, adding/subtracting a couple of key ingredients from my diet, adding more daily Qi Exercises one moon later, and deepening my sitting meditations day by day. Habituation through dedication is key. Not only feeling, but seeing results (such as black hair where my crown was gray and balding) is what you call a fringe benefit.
